The Aim of my APP & why I wanted to share my opinions...

You do not need to practice a set of moves everyday to benefit from this ancient Chinese form of exercise and I show how can practice seated and standing. My Aim is to Make Tai Chi part of your everyday activities by understanding the Tai Chi essential principles and apply them to daily life.

I have a health condition and although this is not a traditional approach and I do not claim it is how to learn Tai Chi but it is the method that has helped me personally.
